Upload Diagnostic Dump:

Welcome to the SYSchange Uploads page. From here, you can upload Diagnostic Dump files or other files that we may require for analysis, in order to resolve your software issues. You will need to have a login account to perform this upload operation. For more information on obtaining an account, use the "Support" option on the top menu, then select "Sign Up: Pristine ID." Once we supply you an account, you can use it to perform upload. If you already have an account, just enter the number of files you wish to upload into the white box below (e.g. 2) and then press "Begin Upload." When you press the "Begin Upload" button, you are first prompted to login using your account information. After you successfully login, you are presented with a page which will allow you to browse for each file that you wish to upload from your local drive. You receive as many browse boxes as the number of files you requested for upload. So once you have opened each files from your local hard drive to be uploaded to us, click Submit to upload them.

Enter the number of files you will be uploading into the box below (Enter an integer in the range of 1 to 9 )firmation screen validates that the file(s) are submitted.  Close that screen.
